TICKET UPGRADE EXTENSION

Howdy!

As you may already know, the Stagecoach Country Music Festival is now a 3-day event with the addition of EAGLES, John Fogerty, Trisha Yearwood and more on Friday, May 2nd.  Plus, Stagecoach is also hosting two days of the Professional Bull Riders.

We thank you for purchasing 2-day Gold Circle or VIP Reserved tickets to Stagecoach to see Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, The Judd’s, Dwight Yoakam and Trace Adkins, just to name a few.  

In response to the many emails we have received, we are pleased to offer you an extension to upgrade your reserved seats for the 3rd night to March 15, 2008 @ 10:00pm.  After that date, any seats not purchased will be released and we will be unable to guarantee you a seat FOR FRIDAY NIGHT.  Although we will make our best effort to provide you with the same seat purchased for Saturday and Sunday, there is a possibility that the seat will not be available for Friday’s performance.  All Gold Circle purchasers will still receive Gold Circle credentials regardless of seat location on Friday.  You will be notified of your seat location prior to the event.

• After you have clicked on the purchase link, you will be asked to provide a password for your UPGRADE purchase.

• Your password is the same as your ORIGINAL Ticketmaster account number. For example, if your account number is 12-34567/LA1, your password will be 12-34567.  Please omit the LA1 portion of your confirmation.

• This password will only work ONCE and you will be given the opportunity to purchase the EXACT number of tickets in your original purchase.

• PLEASE NOTE:  When upgrading to the Friday night RESERVED seat, the event will show up as General Admission, but you WILL be issued a RESERVED SEAT.

For everyone staying in the RV area and campground, you will now be able to load in beginning Wednesday, April 30 at 8:00pm.  Prices for onsite camping remain the same.
